Here is the new layout. Hopefully it is more stable and works better on different browsers and resolutions than the last one.

I will try and add a slew of new Div Overlay layouts I've been working on in the next few days so be on the lookout for those.
I have also been contacted by a handful of people experiencing viewing issues with the site. If I can't fix them soon I'll just scrap this interface for a newer one that is hopefully more stable.
